Healthy Green Ginger Smoothie

Another green smoothie, but with the healthiest spice on earth! GINGER. I promise, it won't taste spicy at all, it will give the smoothie a very citrus-y flavor. I prefer green smoothies over green juices because you get more dietary fiber out of them and once you juice veggies/fruits you lose the vitamins and minerals those foods have. Whole is better! Eating veggies/fruits whole is also better but green smoothies are good just to get those foods into your body quicker!So let's get to it shall we?

This recipe is dairy free, gluten free, vegetarian, and vegan.
1. 1 cup of coconut water
2. 3 cups of spinach
3. 1 banana
4. 1 TBSP shredded ginger
5. 1 celery stalk
6. 1 cucumber
1. First, wash your celery stalk, spinach, and ginger thoroughly.
2. Grab your blender and add your coconut water and 3 cups of spinach. Blend.
3. Next, add the rest of the ingredients and blend.
