Strawberry Pomegranate Smoothie

This is the smoothie of my dreams. And it is going to be yours. It makes for a super quick and easy smoothie you can make yourself for breakfast or a post workout shake! It's not only delicious but it has a great source of protein from the greek yogurt, chia seeds, and flax seeds! So, if you want the recipe, keep reading.

This recipe is gluten free and vegetarian
Ingredients:
1. 3 TBSPs plain Greek yogurt
2. 1 banana
3. 1 cup of frozen strawberries
4. ¼ cup of coconut water
5. 1 TBSP pomegranate seeds (frozen or not)
6. 1 TSP chia seeds
7. 1 TSP ground flax
Instructions:
1. Blend all of the ingredients and enjoy!
