Mediterranean Charcuterie Board

Updated: Feb 22, 2021

When it comes to making charcuterie boards we tend to ask ourselves this question, "Ok, but what am I supposed to put on it besides cheese?" I've heard people ask themselves this question so I am here to help! I made this Mediterranean Inspired Charcuterie Board for my friends and I one night and every single item you see on this board went exquisitely together. The flavors all matched one another and that's when you know you made a perfect charcuterie board. So, let's get to it shall we?

Yields: 1 charcuterie board

Prep time: 10 minutes

Total time: 20 minutes

  1. Trader Joe's Uncured Three Pepper Salami

  2. Trader Joe's Prosciutto

  3. Green grapes

  4. Raspberries

  5. Trader Joe's Roasted Garlic Hummus

  6. Trader Joe's Red Pepper Spread with Eggplant and Garlic

  7. Trader Joe's Parmesan Crisps

  8. Trader Joe's Cauliflower Crisp Snacks

  9. Trader Joe's Manchego Cheese

  10. Trader Joe's Jalapeño Monterey Jack Cheese

  11. Trader Joe's Havarti Danish

  12. Trader Joe's Light Brie

  13. Trader Joe's Caramel Bites

  14. Trader Joe's Pita Chips

  15. Trader Joe's Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds with Turbinado Sugar

  16. Trader Joe's Greek Kalamata Olives

  17. Wegman's Caramelized Pecans

  1. Put it all together starting with the bowls of hummus and red pepper spread.

  2. Next, place the cheeses in separate corners.

  3. Now, grab the meats and place them on opposite sides. (It doesn't matter how you put them but I want to help you make a beautiful, aesthetically pleasing board).

  4. Continue by placing your different variety of crackers all around.

  5. Leave room for the fruit.

  6. Lastly, add your olives, pecans, and dark chocolate covered almonds.

  7. If you'd like you can garnish with fresh rosemary.

  8. Make sure to leave no empty spots on the board, so either add more cheese, fruit, or crackers.

  9. Enjoy!
